Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are given below. These are given for estimation purposes only: actual shipment method and delivery times may differ, and the shipment method used is not a time-guaranteed service.

Order processing time (lead time)
Purchased items are created on demand. Lead times are usually given on the listing page. If the lead time is not given or you have any questions about the lead time, then please contact me at: Russ@3Dprintshed.com.
Lead times are given for estimation purposes only and are not guaranteed. Although I will make every effort to ensure these are accurate, at certain times, such as times of high demand, lead times may be extended. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Items are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, Tariffs and Taxes
3Dprintshed is not responsible for any customs duties, import tariffs, fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-delivery
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the given delivery address is correct and that the shipment is accepted at the delivery address. If the shipment cannot be delivered for any reason - for example if it is not accepted at the point of delivery, if the delivery address is incorrect, if customs duties, import tariffs, fees or taxes have not been paid, if no-one is available at the delivery address to accept delivery, or for any other reason - then the customer is responsible for arranging re-delivery. 3Dprintshed is not responsible for any costs or fees resulting from non-delivery or re-delivery. 3Dprintshed cannot offer an exchange or refund for items that were not able to be delivered at the delivery address.
