Refund policy
Exchanges
If the item you have purchased has been damaged in transit, then please email me within 7 days of accepting delivery, at Russ@3Dprintshed.com with photo(s) of the damage and I will send you a shipping label for you to return the item. Once I have received the returned item, I will send you a replacement item. In some circumstances, I may decide the return of the item is not necessary, in which case I will send you a replacement item as soon as possible without the damaged item being returned first.
If more than 7 days have gone by since delivery of the item, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must also be returned using the shipping label that I provide, I cannot reimburse you if you use a different shipping service.
If the item you have purchased has been lost in transit, then I will send you a replacement item as soon as possible. I may decide under some circumstances to instead give you a full refund for the item. I can only send you the replacement item, or give you the refund, once the item is officially considered "lost" by the shipping carrier.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, then please return the item within 7 days of accepting delivery, and email me at Russ@3Dprintshed.com, and I will give you a full refund for the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If more than 7 days have gone by since delivery of the item, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, I cannot reimburse you for any import duties, taxes or fees, if these were charged.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must arrive unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of items are exempt from being returned. Items that have been custom-designed or custom-made for you, or have been personalised, or have been customised to your requirements cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.
To return an item, please send it to: 5 Woodcroft Road, Bristol, BS4 4QW, United Kingdom. Please consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item, or that it will arrive undamaged. If I do not receive the returned item in undamaged state, and within 30 days of you accepting delivery of it, then unfortunately I cannot give a refund. For an item being returned from outside the United Kingdom, please mark it as "Returned Goods" on the customs information in order to avoid import duties, taxes or fees being charged. Any import duties, taxes or fees that were charged will be deducted from your refund.
