Happy Friday all! I am honoured to have recently made a solid brass artwork description plaque for Winette (@artbytwinette_shop), a very talented self-taught artist with a deep interest in nature and Japanese-themed landscapes. Her work is truly stunning and I highly recommend checking it out (links below)!
Winette is originally from California, but now based in Hawaii. Her artwork has been showcased in various exhibitions across Hawaii and 27 of her oil paintings were commissioned by Tanaka of Tokyo restaurants. Each of these commissioned artworks features Japanese themes, showcasing her signature cherry blossoms in triptych, along with depictions of Japanese gardens, samurai portraits, and landscapes featuring pathways and forest pastures.
