Custom Brass Cutout Text Plaques - Brass Signs with Text Cut Through

A quantity of 20 plaques, each one 2 inch x 5 inch, with the following text cut all the way through:

Times New Roman font will be used to match the existing (etched) font as closely as possible.

After placing the order, a design mock-up showing the text layout will first be created to be approved by the customer before cutting.

The signs will be made from ~1mm thick brass - to be supplied by you (the customer).

In terms of the surface finish, the plaques will be polished up after cutting through the text and then the front side of each plaque will be sealed with a thin lacquer coating so as to protect the finish and prevent/delay the brass getting darker. The lacquer that will be used is as follows: Rustins metal lacquer, clear (GTIN: ‎05015332550012).

Please note that as the brass will be provided by the customer, if there are deep scratches in it, then these may not be entirely removed during polishing.

Materials:

● Solid brass (~1mm thick) signs, 2 inch x 5 inch, to be supplied by you (the customer)
● Rustins metal lacquer, clear (GTIN: ‎05015332550012).

● The workshop and studio both run on 100% electricity from renewable sources.
● Any by-products are bio-degradable and/or fully recyclable
● The packaging used to ship your order is composed as much as possible of biodegradable materials and/or materials recycled from packages sent to me

Location, Shipping & Other Terms:

All items are made on demand in Bristol, UK. The lead time for this order is estimated to be approximately 3-5 weeks from when the signs are received for cutting from the customer.

As the brass for cutting will be supplied the customer, please note:

• It is the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay for shipping of the brass signs to 3Dprintshed, at the following address: 3Dprintshed Ltd, 5 Woodcroft Road, BS4 4QW Bristol, United Kingdom
• 3Dprintshed is not responsible for any loss of, or damage to the signs during transit from the customer.
• 3Dprintshed is responsible for the signs only whilst in possession of them, and is responsible for arranging for shipping of the signs back to the customer, after cutting. In the unlikely event of any damage to, or loss of the signs during this time, 3Dprintshed is responsible for replacing the sign(s) with a "like-for-like" replacement, i.e. made from solid brass (~1mm thick).
